A poster named CJ on the Official Arkham City forums has made a Batman Begins Skin for the PC version of Arkham City.

NOTE: Texmod is required to load the tpf files.
HOW TO USE TEXMOD: by WarlordATF
1. Run Texmod.exe
2. Click on the Folder under Target Application and set it so it points to your BatmanAC.exe in the Batman Arkham City/Binaries/Win32 folder.
3. Make Sure Texmod is in Package Mode.
4. Click the little folder above the red x and point it at your recently downloaded .tpf file.
5. Click Run and the game will start and load the new textures.
