DC Direct Relaunches Collectibles

DC has been working hard on giving new life , shock and awe to everything lately after The New 52 . DC Entertainment announced April 11 that they are re-launching there collectibles product line, previously known as DC Direct, will be known here on out as brand name – DC Collectibles. Additionally, in early May 2012 DC Collectibles will expand its online store (www.DCComics.com/Collectibles) to offer its entire product line for sale on the web . For individuals that may not want to deal with crowds after work this is great for them . I would be more incline to do this myself , but for those who prefer purchasing in-stores (www.DCComics.com/Collectibles) will also provide information on where the closest retail locations are that will carry DC Collectibles products .

Geoff Johns, chief creative officer for DC Entertainment spoke on the subject of  DC Collectibles .

“We’ve taken the past year or so to become laser focused on what makes the products in this line special, and what has emerged from that process is DC Collectibles . We’re extremely proud of our line of unique, high-end collectibles, and feel that it caters to fans looking for limited edition, authentic products based on our characters and stories, created by the same artists who work directly on those characters and stories.”

I'm a BIG Batman fan. Back in the day I would write scripts and get my friends together to make Batman movies. From real Batman suits to a wide collection of Batman stuff from over the years I have never have grown up when it comes to Batman. I go to Comic cons and dress up in full Batman (Nashville's Dark Knight) gear and hang out with fellow comic fans and take pictures. Hanging out with friends is always a blasty blast when they can find the time or when I can. I'm a big movie buff or at least a little buff lol. I love the extreme activities. White water rafting, playing paintball, just about anything I can get into. I have been in a few different kinds of Martial arts. Sometimes I go hunting on the family farm but its rare. When I lived in Bell Buckle I was on the BBVFD for about 5 years --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
