Producer Emma Thomas: “Nolan Will Never Direct Batman Again”
Well Christopher Nolan fans I have sad news to report to you . Over at FirstShowing they got an interview with producer Emma Thomas ( Christopher Nolan’s wife ) about Christopher Nolan’s involvement with the future of Batman and why you won’t be seeing anymore of him .
“I cannot imagine a world in which he would ever want to come back. At a certain point it’s fun to go off and do something different, you know. We’ve spent almost 10 years of our lives making Batman films. He was very excited about this film, and the story that he’d come up with, but I just cannot imagine that he would get that excited about another version of the same thing. The great thing about a trilogy is that it feels like you’ve got a beginning, a middle, and an end. It’s like an extended version of a regular film. Once you get into a fourth film then it’s just episodic, and I just can’t see him getting excited about making another film where basically you’re just wheeling in different villains.””
Well whoever directs the next film will have a hard time competing with Nolan’s realistic take on Batman. I’m looking forward to seeing a more supernatural villain in Batman’s rouge gallery. So what are your guys thoughts on the matter ?

I'm a BIG Batman fan. Back in the day I would write scripts and get my friends together to make Batman movies. From real Batman suits to a wide collection of Batman stuff from over the years I have never have grown up when it comes to Batman. I go to Comic cons and dress up in full Batman (Nashville's Dark Knight) gear and hang out with fellow comic fans and take pictures. Hanging out with friends is always a blasty blast when they can find the time or when I can. I'm a big movie buff or at least a little buff lol. I love the extreme activities. White water rafting, playing paintball, just about anything I can get into. I have been in a few different kinds of Martial arts. Sometimes I go hunting on the family farm but its rare. When I lived in Bell Buckle I was on the BBVFD for about 5 years
