A REAL LIFE BATMAN WOULD DIE FROM CAPE GLIDING

Ok, if we actually had a guy who came “The Batman” with all the works such as training, gadgets,  and the Batmobile. Chances are he probably won’t make it and it’s not the fact that some guy shoots him with a gun. NO! It’s more of the physics shooting Batman in the foot. Four physics students from the University of Leicester tested whether Batman’s 15 foot cape could keep him airbourne to glide over a city. What they found is that Batman’s glide would seriously injure the hero because his descending would be too fast. If Batman’s descending is too fast, this could cause serious injury. Here’s what one of the students suggested for Batman:

“If Batman wanted to survive the flight, he would definitely need a bigger cape. Or if he preferred to keep his style intact he could opt for using active propulsion, such as jets to keep himself aloft.”

So if there is anyone trying to be Batman, I would seriously consider these measurements. You can’t save the world if you’re totaled!
