Meltdown Comics Celebrates Mattel’s Classic Batman ’66 Figures & Batmobile

Meltdown Comics showed a look at San Diego Comic Con 2013 exclusive merchandise of  “Batusi Batman.” Click the jump to see more.

We have been showing you pictures and news of what has been developing on the Mattel’s 1966 Batman TV series so I thought it was only fitting to give the latest news . Over at AFI they posted a story on where they went to the Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles to celebrate the licensing of the 1966 Batman TV series . They posted up many pictures of  celebrities like Adam West, Jim Lee , George Barris , and many more on the “black carpet”. During the event they mentioned that there will be a 1966 Batman comic book coming soon . At the end of their story they mentioned they will have video and an interview up from the event soon. We will keep you posted on this as it comes available .

They also showed a look at San Diego Comic Con 2013 exclusive merchandise of  “Batusi Batman.” This figure will have an action feature where you push a button on his back and Batman will DO the Batusi!  Also the package will have a sound chip that will play the song and a few lines of dialogue.

I'm a BIG Batman fan. Back in the day I would write scripts and get my friends together to make Batman movies. From real Batman suits to a wide collection of Batman stuff from over the years I have never have grown up when it comes to Batman. Hanging out with friends is always a blasty blast when they can find the time or when I can. I'm a big movie buff or at least a little buff lol. I love the extreme activities. White water rafting, playing paintball, just about anything I can get into. I have been in a few different kinds of Martial arts. Sometimes I go hunting on the family farm but its rare.
