Community Spotlight: Harley Quinn Sings “Do You Want to Kill the Batman?” Frozen Parody

YouTuber SydneyAmber S. parodies Frozen‘s “Do You Want Build a Snowman?” with Harley Quinn, singing “Do You Want to Kill the Batman?”

The highest-grossing animated film of all-time is officially Disney’s Frozen. If you don’t know what Frozen is, then you’ve definitely been stuck under a rock for at least 4 months. For those you who have, you’re probably sick of this movie now. The Internet can often take a good thing and destroy it. I, however, am enjoying all the hype and art inspired by this movie. You may not know it (how would you?), but I’m also a huge Disney and animated movie fan.  Soo.. can you imagine if someone married my two loves? Well, somebody did.

YouTuber SydneyAmber S. decided to parody Frozen‘s “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” using a very familiar and also loved Batman character, Harley Quinn. In the movie, that ditty was sang by protagonist Anna to her sister, Elsa, pleading for her company. In this very clever parody entitled “Do You Want to Kill the Batman?”, Harley is doing the same to the Joker. It eventually ends on a particularly heartbreaking note, giving a wonderful reminder that Harley is not actually evil, but simply a slave to her love for the Joker.
