What if I told you that Mr Damon is helping out Ben Affleck get into shape for his role as ‘The Batman” in the upcoming block buster, “Batman v Superman – Dawn of Justice”? Before you jump to conclusions it’s not super star and close friend Matt Damon. In fact it’s his first cousin Jamie Damon who is part of a broader group of trainers led by Affleck’s main man Walter Norton Jr who are training him out of L.A and out on set.
The training group are not Hollywood trainers, but hometown talent from the Institute of Performance Fitness, based in North Reading near Boston.
Matt calls Jamie “a stud of a trainer.”
