The Penguin Runs in Chapter 3 of ‘Gotham Stories’ Comic

IGN has posted the next installment of their Gotham Stories motion comic online.

The comic picks up where the last one ended with a freeze gun-wielding Victor Fries pursuing the Penguin. To watch the previous chapters, click here and here.

Gotham returns to FOX on February 29. Come back next Monday for another motion comic.
