Scott Snyder and John Romita Jr. Briefly Discuss ‘All-Star Batman’ and Working Together

In case you didn’t know, with DC’s universe-altering event known as Rebirth on its way, Batman writer Scott Snyder will be moving to a new title called, All-Star Batman, in which he will write stories about Batman’s rogues with a rotating cast of artists.

The first story features both Batman and Two-Face essentially trapped in a road trip movie.

Blastr nabbed a brief interview with the pair at WonderCon last month. In the video below, the two discuss the first arc of the new series and how they came to work with one another.

Nothing particularly new or mind-blowing, but it is great to see John Romita Jr.’s enthusiasm for both Snyder and the story on which they are working. They seem to be constantly pushing the idea that this is “something that’s never been done before.” That’s always a good sign.

DC’s Rebirth event launches in May.
