Ayer Shows Off New ‘Suicide Squad’ Poster

As it gets closer to the release of the Suicide Squad movie, director David Ayer is amping up his own marketing prowess by unveiling a new poster for the film.

On Twitter, Ayer posted the new poster with the caption: “Skwad Up people!” Presumably, the tweet shows that he is so excited for the film that he cannot even spell words correctly. Spelling errors aside, there is not much said for the poster other than it really exudes a lot of energy with its combination of bright colors, graffiti-like details and symbols, and head shots of all of the main stars.

Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5, 2016.
