Posters! Posters! Posters! Lots of collectible posters are being released to promote the upcoming antihero team-up film, Suicide Squad. Just like Batman v Superman before it, Suicide Squad is getting a slew of posters to help market the movie.
But this time, these posters are catering to audiences outside of English-speaking countries.
Very little regional differences aside from the color and language on them (Chinese and then Korean), and it’s the tried and true method of PhotoShopping separate photos of the film’s cast from likely separate photo shoots together into the same poster. However, the vibrant colors for the marketing material have always been very cool and the Joker’s face behind them looks a little similar to Stanley Kubrick’s Lolita poster. That makes it creepy.
Suicide Squad hits theatres on August 5th.
