NYCC 2016: William Shatner to Voice Two-Face in ‘Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders’ Sequel

Even though Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders does not come out until October 11, Warner Bros. already has plans for an animated sequel starring William Shatner as Two-Face.

The plans for a follow-up film was announced at the Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders panel at the New York Comic Con. Warner Bros. Animation president Sam Register made the announcement, saying that their next animated movie will feature a character that has not been featured in the original 1966 Batman show. Then, a video teaser was shown featuring a silhouette of Two-Face, which faded away to a picture of Shatner. On the video, Shatner made the announcement that he would voice Two-Face for the movie. The animated follow-up will be titled Batman vs. Two-Face.

While no release date has been given yet for Batman vs. Two-Face, it is expected to come out a little after Justice League Dark is released.

Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders will hit theaters October 10. Then it will be available in Digital HD on October 11, and on Blu-Ray and DVD on November 1.
