Stern Pinball, the only company who currently manufactures pinball machines, has unveiled a glance at their upcoming 50th Anniversary Batman 1966 Pinball Machine — of which there are the following three models: Premium, Limited Edition, and Super Limited Edition, the latter of which has sold out.
The Premium and Limited Edition machines will be available through authorized Stern Pinball distributors and dealers worldwide, whereas the Super Limited Edition was only available directly from Stern Pinball. A total of 240 Limited Edition machines will be manufactured. Finally, the company has no plans to produce a Professional model.
The Batman 1966 pinball machine, which commemorates fifty years since the TV series’ and film’s premiere, will feature voice data from Adam West and Burt Ward, while it will also display in high definition and full color, as opposed to dot matrix display.
Those purchasers who make a deposit on their Batman 1966 machine will each receive a VIP invitation for a meet-and-greet with Adam West at the Westin Chicago North Shore Hotel in Wheeling, Illinois during the weekend of the Chicago Pinball Expo.
