‘Injustice 2’ Gets a Release Date

Gamers! If you were looking for a way to take your frustrations out on DC villains (or heroes), the time has come once again. The hotly anticipated sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us, the DC fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios, has a release date.

Ed Boon, creative director at NetherRealm Studios, tweeted an image earlier today, confirming the summer release date for Injustice 2.

I’m excited to use Bats or any of his Batfamily members to deliver some justice.

You’ll get to do just that on May 16th.

Batman, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, and Deadshot among a few others have been confirmed for the game so far.

Following the defeat of Superman in the previous game, Batman and his team of insurgents attempt to rebuild, fending off the former members of Superman’s regime.
