Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn Will Appear In a 2018 Production

The psychotic-doctor will make an appearance in 2018. The actress of our beloved jester, Margot Robbie, confirms that Harley will appear in a 2018 DCEU film.

Until Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn was never featured in a live-action film. She’s been a favorite villain of fans since Bruce Timm’s creation of her in 1992. So it was exciting to see her on the big screen. The reviews of Suicide Squad were not great, but Robbie’s performance has been highly praised by critics and fans. Thus, the actress has confirmed to the fans that she will appear again soon on Variety. Robbie commented:

The reason I signed on for Suicide Squad was because I love End of Watch so much and I saw it about four times at the cinema. Harley’s one of those insane characters and people do seem to really like her, so I hope I get to keep playing her.

The sequel to Suicide Squad is possibly scheduled to start shooting in 2018. Because the shooting hasn’t begun, it’s not the sequel where we will see Harley Quinn. There also is a possibility Robbie is referring to the animated universe as she has been rumored to work with animation alongside her live-action work.
