Cassandra Cain Actor Shares Behind the Scenes Photos from ‘Birds of Prey’

ORLY nail polish... fantabulous?

Earlier in the week, primarily due to the global pandemic and self-quarantine, WB announced that Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) would see an early release on digital services from March 24, 2020. Considering its lukewarm financial response, this seems like an incredibly smart move, as people are desperately in need of digital entertainment these days. Ahead of its release, Ella Jay Basco, the actor who played Cassandra Cain, revealed some neat behind the scenes photos from the film.

Take a look below:

The emancipation of one Margot Robbie

In between shots of her with cast and crew, we get a quick video of her jumping on a trampoline on the set of the final battle. The amusement park set made for an incredibly visually interesting climax in the flick. but who knew that they outfitted the darn thing with a functioning trampoline? Enough for Basco to be able to jump on and have some fun in between shots as Cassandra Cain.

Also, that photo of her script. Even if the flick is out, that confidentiality warning scares even me. Either way, it’s a pretty cool glimpse of the script and makes me wonder if they were all outfitted with various doodles like that.

These behind the scenes photos from Birds of Prey once again help show what a fun industry it can be amidst the hard work they put in.

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) hits digital shelves on March 24, 2020.
